Hi! I am new to the website. I just ordered my first supply of beverly products and I am very excited. This is my first week of the carb refeed diet, and on Sunday I was starving. I was wondering what most of you do when you get that hungry. This diet has decreased my calories and think I have not adjusted. (I started working with Julie Lohre 4 weeks ago and she is helping coordinate my diet and workout programs) I have found some great ideas to help me enjoy my carb refeeds.
