Hold on to those supplements; they're great products, but don't waste them right now...go to the Bev home page and spend an hour researching different programs that meet your goals. Clean up your diet and get on a disciplined cardio/weight training routine for at least eight weeks...then crack open your Bev supps.

Are you still on the force?

I hope your son is fine. Are you lifting? For now, go ahead and start the Lean Out. Do the 3 caps 3 times a day.

What shift are you working?

Good to hear from you!! I will hope a little warmth, a good hug and confidence in you will help. He's thrown up barriers and blocks out loved ones so as not to be close to those he loves knowing how precious life is and quickly can be taken from him. Dad went through it, too.

I salute your son with deep respect.

Here's a breakdown:

Drop the whole eggs. Good stuff, but a little too much fat in the AM. Spark the body with a higher protein breakfast.

-Make 4 egg whites and 1/4 lb of meat add a small fruit.

-4pm drop the bread every other day. Use a fruit. If you can, use a rye bread, but for fatloss, it's best to do away with the breads completely.

-7pm Make that fish (tuna is ok) or beef. Every other day use green veggies

Cycle foods so that your body won't become used to the same thing possibly causing food allergies, which in turn, can STOP your weight loss progress.

-Days off, add 45 minutes of cardio, each of those days. If you're not doing cardio, start off slow with 20 min working your way to 45.

-No diet drinks. Stick with water, flavor it with stevia or lemon.

-Alternate carbs, use brown rice, sweet potato and fruits/berries.

Hope this will help.
