How do you make it through the weekends? I am so good through the week- don't cheat at all, but when the weekend comes I'm off my regular schedule and all I think about is food. I'm always disappointed on Monday thinking of the results I could be having if I had not cheated. Any advice?

Are you planning to compete?

If not the occasional cheat meal will not kill you. Just make sure when it is over you go back on your meal plan.

Thinking of food the whole weekend can be tough. You need to stop focussing on food as something you can not have. Instead focus on the food you can have and why you are having it, ie to build more muscle and lose fat.

For some reason once we turn food into something we can not have that is all we obsess about.

Try planning your weekend as you do your work or school week and try to keep busy.

An idle mind is the devils playground.
