I actually did a blood type diet for my show in October. It was my first and only show I have done...so I don't have too much to compare to. However, to be honest....I won't do it again. My contest advisor is Todd Ganci set me up w/ this. The biggest thing was that I could not eat chicken..I guess it went against my blood type...There were other restrictions..but not as major. I just feel that variation is the key to nutrition...particularly during a cutting phase. I am proud of the results that I achieved in my cutting phase...However, I feel that I could have achieved the same or better results sticking with a diet that was not as restricting as the blood type.
