Just switched breakfast carbs from oatmeal to Texas Sweet Grapefruit from Kroger. These are good! Not too bitter. Question: in order to keep my calories accurate, any idea on calories / carbs per whole grapefruit, peeled.

One of those is too much for me. It upsets my stomach. Keep note of that to see what if there's a problem. It's not an immediate reaction.
