Can someone please help me. I am 6 and 1/2 weeks from competition (figure) and hit a point where I can seem to budge. I'm 5'6, 142 lbs. 16% body fat. I started a year and a half ago at 216 lbs. & 39% bodyfat so I am heading in the right direction. I am extreamly carb sensitive, so I have to watch my intake of carbs.
