Hello out there. I am a 52 year old male a little fat around the middle like many of us 52 year olds, and a new member to this forum and to the weight room in general. I have been lifting for about a year now and getting stronger and some what leaner, however i have been following a diet plan from a trainer and have some questions. How does my diet look and my supplements. I am 235 pounds at 5 foot 11 inches i don't know my body fat. my goal is muscle mass low body fat {like everyone in the world} thanks so much.

Hey Marco...Diet looks somewhat ok, but honestly, too much protein, not enough variety of other food sources.

Try something like this:

meal 1. 6 egg whites 2/3 cup oatmeal 1/2 grapefruit
muli vit. CLA,Salmon oil,7 Keto

meal 2. 2 scoops UMP, 6 strawberries, Almonds and apple

meal 3. 8 oz chicken breasts plain 1/2 cup brown rice, vegetable(s).

meal 4. 1 scoop UMP. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2 tbs raisins

Pre train 1 scoop UMP. Small fruit (plum, nectarine, etc.)
Post train 1 scoop UMP. 1 scoop glutamine select.

meal 5. 8 oz lean meat greens 6 oz potato white or sweet. Salmon oil. Salad.

If it is a non-workout day, Meal 4, skip the cottage cheese/raisins.

I haven't checked macros, but I'm guessing it's about 1900 cals

Make sure there's a LOT OF VARIETY in your food choices. Don't get bored and eat the same thing every day for 16 weeks.
