Hi All -
This is my first post, but I have enjoyed reading this forum and have gotten great ideas over that time. After cooking up several meals for this coming week one being 8oz. 96% lean ground beef and brocolli I've found the beef to be very very dry. Now it's possible that I overcooked it on the foreman or is it because it's such a lean source it's just gonna be dry. Any tips on making it so it's not so dry? Right now my plan of attack is LOTS of mustard. Thanks! We all must suffer from one of two pains. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret. the difference is; discipline weighs ounces, while regret weighs tons. |

MaGe ~ I find the beef VERY dry too but all I do is add lite sprinkle of shredded cheese to the top and mike it for a few seconds to melt the cheese and then mix the broccoli into the beef then its tasty! Good Luck.

Thanks Smiley. I'll give that a try.
