I was wondering if I should change my meals, for the police academy. this is what I my diet as of now the academy starts feb 5th.
(female)
meal 1 protein pancake
meal 2 4oz meat 2 cup veggies
meal 3 40z meat 2 cup veggies
meal 4 shake or same as meal 2,3
I do not want to gain weight, i just want to make sure that I have enough energy throughout the academy.
any help would be great thanks.

Good luck with the police academy! I went through 16 years ago and it was one of the best decissions I ever made. To this day I still love going in to work.
As for your diet, it will depend on how much more energy you will be expending. If you plan on sticking to your current workout schedule on top of all the PT you will be doing at the academy you definitely will want to add some more calories to your diet. You could either add a 5th meal or add some oatmeal to your breakfast and some brown rice to meal 2 or 3.
