just curious.. is it all done when raw... ?? reason is.. is because if i go with a can of tuna that is 5 oz.. then i do 3 oz of cooked chicken( it could be thrown off).. what do u guys do

usually 6 oz can of tuna (5 oz of actual tuna) or 5 oz chicken is what i've always done. if you need a rough estimate, the size of your palm is about 4 oz. otherwise you can buy a scale and weigh it. some are fairly cheap you just have to look around.

Yes, you are supposed to weigh all your food up when it is raw otherwise if you measure when cooked then you might be eating to much.
