This sort of tags on to Biker Chick's post. I've been using a whole egg and adding my egg white from products like Eggbeaters or Scramblers. It's a lot easier, but is it O.K. to use those? I thought I knew something about nutrition before I got my Beverly diet, but now I feel like I'm back in 1st grade!
I think there was a thread on this once before.. and someone stated to use the All Whites and check all the ingredients on the box/carton. I think they were 'okay' to use - but way more expensive than a dozen eggs! You might want to do a search on eggs or egg beaters and see if you can find the thread.
I use the same product BUT ONLY when I am pressed for time. Yes, they are conveinant but have alot of extra additives and preservatives. Nothing beats pure egg whites ;-)
