Guys, i would like to ask do i need to include the Ultra 40 and Mass calories into my diet plan. Lets just say i follow a 2500 cal (50-20-30), does this macro calories include Ultra 40 and Mass calories in it, or we should exclude it? Which mean i will have extra bonus calories from Ultra 40 and Mass daily for growth.
They should be included I would think. Each Ultra 40 tab contains 2 grams of protein and each Mass has 1 gram of protein. Here is the deal, if you have 4 Ultra40's with every meal and 4 Mass with every meal that is 12 extra grams of protein per meal and possibly upwards of 60grams of protein a day from Ultra 40's and Mass alone! That adds up to an extra 240 calories a day... doesn't seem like that much and it may be splitting hairs, but it all depends on just how tight you need your diet to be.
By the way, Mass and Ultra 40's are perfect for the 50-30-20 diet, and are Beverly's secret weapon!! Good luck!

Thanks for your reply..You had help me clear my doubt..
I'm trying to loss fat and gain lean mass slowly, thats why i'm more careful with the calories intake..
Yeah i'm using 50-20-30 diet, it has been doing very well, just i made a slight mistake, i used to count my Ultra 40 and Mass outside my predetermined calories, now i know and should scale it down a bit to fit into my daily calories consumption.
YES, they are calories and protein. Too much protein and it will store as fat. You definitely need to count them and keep your other protein portions in check if you are taking them......
