less fat than beef,BUT, more tender and flavorful, can eat it med rare when ground w/o risk, tastes good, less expensive than Fish...variety over turkey and chicken day after day.
I have a wild oats store near me and they sell it frozen. If you plan on eating more than say a lb though, i'd do a search on internet and buy it as you can get it cheaper. and it tastes great! especially when on a pre-contest diet.
