I train after work around 6:30pm which puts my post-workout shake around 8pm. I have read that you should wait at least an hour, sometimes more, after your shake for the next meal. So my last meal is around 9-930pm. Is this true, I would like to avoid eating so late. For evening workouts when should my meals be?
As long as you hit your caloric and macronutrient numbers by the end of the day, it really doesn't matter when you eat, or when you have your final meal.
