Does anyone have any nutrition and/or workout tracking spreadsheets that they would be willing to share with a newbie that needs all the help he can get? Thanks.

Ironhead, To track your nutrition (calorie intake, macronutrient breakdown, etc.) I would recommend a program like Fitday.com or Livestrong.com. They have huge existing databases of foods and you can also enter the label contents from foods not listed, like your protein powders, etc. CR
I found a spreadsheet that will track lifting numbers if anyone else is interested. I don't know how to upload it so send me your email address and I will send it along.
