ok, Ive been with Beverly for about 1.5 years now and I think Ive finally found a diet thats working for me, as well as a change in my workouts.

Im on a 6 meal a day diet with little carbs. Only real carbs are the 4 strawberries in my 3 shakes a day and a grapefruit at night. I have a salad and green beans with the other meals.

I was doing a cheat meal every Sunday for 1 hour but Ive found that, that wasnt good for me cause it would take a week to get off that one meal again, hahaha, go figure. So Ive tried to go to every other week with little progress.

Now, my Fiance and I have agreed that between us, when we combined loose 10lbs we will have a reward meal.

My question is should I add a carb up meal and how often should it be? When should I add it? I.E. after 2 weeks of no carbs, etc, etc. I just dont know if I should and how it will affect me.

I can give more info if neccessary, thanks in advance for your responses and help.
