130 grams black beans is one serving about 19 carbs with 7 grams fiber so 12 insulin impacting carbs

The diet dosent look too bad. For starters I would cut down on the 8-10 whole eggs you eat a day.Thats between 36-45 grams of fat which is too much. At meal 1 and 7 I would only include 2 whole eggs with the rest coming from egg white. Also cut out the milk and bagel at breakfast because I would rather get in quality carbohydrates from oats rather than lactose or prosessed grains. Other than that I would just try and add some vegetables to a few meals such as 2,4 and 7. Depending on your activity leval the carbohydrates may need to be adjusted but protein and fat looks ok with our little changes. That should put you on track to lose some fat and gain some lean muscle.

Be aware that skim milk has a high amount of sugar. Better to use water and a tbs of heavy cream for your oats if thats what you are using it for.

Trying to lean up, not bulk up, changes these:
quote:

Meal 1
(2) whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal No wheat or milk. Drop the bagel.
Add 3 oz of beef to this meal
6 strawberries to the oats.

Make meal 2
2 scoops UMP
1 tbs. Natty PB
Add some berries or an apple

Make this meal 3
1/2 cup rice white or brown
4 oz. chicken breast
130 grams black beans
1 cup of lightly steamed broccoli

meal 4pre workout
30-40 grams carbs. Use a white potato with 1/4 tsp sea salt
8oz. lean meat

meal 5 post workout
2 scoops ump
banana use strawberries and/or cherries

meal 6
8 egg whites
2 cups mixed veggies to include broccoli

You need to make sure there's fiber in the diet as well as minerals. The broccoli will act as an estrogen blocker, allowing you to make the best of the testosterone conversion.

You did have a little too much protein. A few years ago, I thought there was no way to have too much protein. The addition of a white potato with salt will balance some potassium/sodium ratios prior to a workout and give you energy and a natural pump that can be quite unbelievable.
