Hi, I'm new to the board...although I've been lurking for the past couple of weeks. I have been following the Miss Figure nutritional plan although not strictly for the last 2 weeks and want to be seriously bikini ready for an April 25th cruise. I'm 5'2, 148lbs, have been working out consistenatly for years. the last 6 weeks I've been lifting 6 days per week and some type of cardio daily. M/TH(UBWO), T/F(LBWO) S-Whole body(own body weight only), W cardio only.I need direction on supplements. Am I doing the right thing? I have a pudgy belly...I hear Ultra40 & Mass amino's can really help this...can only $afford adding 1 more supplement...what should it be?

5am M1(3 EFA Gold, 2-Ultra4, 2-LO,2 Muscularity,2 7-Keto)
1 scoop of MP
1 hour workout
6:30am 1 scoop of MP within 30 min of workout

M2 (2-LO,2-Muscularity)
1/2 C oatmeal or 1/2 grapefruit
2-egg whites & 1 whole egg(add olive oil)
3 sl turkey bacon

M3 (2-LO,2-Muscularity,1-7-Keto)
baked chicken breast
1 c green vegetables
4-oz baked sweet potato

M4 (2-LO)
6oz lite yogurt
1 scoop MP

M5 (2-LO,2 Ultra-4,3-EFA Gold)
Lean meat and green veggies

Thanks for any assistance up front. By the way, would love to do figure if this working out will help me look anything like the females in NNN.

I am not the expert... But think Creatine would be of assistance .You have plenty of time to let the diet do the work too,the first few weeks are always the toughest. Keep it up

How do you take the creatine?

I would say to try the Ultra 40 liver tabs. Replace the 1 scoop of MP with 8 Ultra 40s.

M2 should be your first meal OR keep it as M2, but 30 min after M1.

Have you estimated the amount of calories? It looks a little low for starting off.

Creatine isn't a bad choice, but I don't recommend it for you at this point because your main goal is to trim down, not really gaining mass or looking pumped up.

Frank,

Thanks for your reply. Would I replace the 1 scoop of MP with Ultra40 at 5am or 6:30am. I am drinking MP 30 min before my workout and then 1 scoop immediately after. My calorie intake is about 1250 per day. I've never calculated protein or carbs. By the way, I was tested for my body fat yesterday...which is at 29.3%. I'm carrying my weight in belly, hips and thighs. I would like to see body fat below 15%...is that possible in 10 weeks?
