Could anyone help me with just a plain old eating plan that will allow me to lose b/fat w/out sacrificing muscle. I'm not really looking to gain muscle at the same time, I just want to get rid of the fat. I'm not doing a show either so I was hoping to get some ideas that would help w/out being as restrictive as some bev diets can be sometimes. I know it takes hard work and discipline and I'm okay with that part. I've just been out of control and need ideas.

Tim,

This really depends on alot of things. How have you been eating? How many calories? How many times per day? How much do you weigh? What is your bodyfat now?

I ask because if you have been eating two ****** meals per day. Then we could get you to lose fat with little diet effort, just cleaning it up a bit and adding a few more meals. If you are relatively low in bodyfat now, and have been eating 5-6 meals, it will take a much cleaner diet to get to that next level.

If you want some help, expound on your stats and current diet. Post a typical diet day and we can make changes from there.

I concur with Jason. You might be amazed what could happen to your body composition with a few "minor" adjustments in eating (and don't forget about what you drinking either) habits.

Hi Tim,

I don't think folks at Beverly will mind if I recommend that you get a copy of the Leanness Lifestyle written by David Greenwalt.. Located http//www.leannesslifestyle.com[/B]
Great for "non bodybuilding competitors", those wishing to change their Lifestyle, loose weight, and/or increase health & muscle mass
through solid proven nutrition & exercise principles.

For best results use the Leanness Lifestyle WITH Beverly Supplements. Its what I did & I am very pleased with the outcome.

Although you can use the Lifestyle principles for preparing for a show, for specific contest prep I recommend you follow Beverly's custom Contest diets.

For what you describe as your goal I would use Beverly Superpack, Muscle Provider & Ultra Size, Lean Out and Musclean along with the Leanness Lifestyle.

Hope that helps,
Tom
