Any Mods out there that could help would be appreciated. I need help with my diet. I'm a powerlifter and I compete at 181 lbs. So my nutritional needs are a little different then most on here. I'm around 185 @ 17% bf right now and am looking to get down to 10-12% while maintaining weight. The goal is to be all of 181 at competition (end of Nov.) and not a chubby 181. My diet is better than most powerlifters but would like a fresh look at a new nutrition plan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a good article from Beverly's Steven Wade. It details his diet/supplement plan that allowed him to successfully compete in strongman events.

He was about your size so this plan would be pretty close to providing you with the energy requirements of competative powerlifting. I hope this helps or at least points you in the right direction.

Found one of your passports to Sumatra, I missed you by about a week at Fiji. But, I knew you wouldn't miss the fifty year storm, Bodhi."
