Hey guys! My name is Joey and I am 20 years old, 5'4" , 14% BF and 125 pounds and am looking to compete in my first figure competition in October. One of my really good friends competed using Beverly and she said they used to have a page where they would give you a sample diet based on your measurement and everything. I know they do no have this service anymore but I was hoping there are a couple of vets out there that have some diets and supplement plans suitable for me! Any feedback is extremely appreciated! Thanks!

Hey Joey, take a look at the diet drawn up for Kelly by Jason. You're not too far away from Kelly. That should put you at a good starting point.
Supplements: Muscle Provider GH Factor Lean Out 2nd add if can be afforded, Muscle Synergy Mass Aminos This should be good for starters. Frank "Lift and be happy. Lift harder and be excited...Get Excited, Get Big!!!" |

Joey-
If you decide to follow this diet, I should mention that it may seem like a lot of carbs, but don't freak out. One- your body needs them to fuel your workouts and aid in muscle growth, and two- once you weigh the carb- it's really not a lot. For example, a sweet potato that weighs 65 grams (actual weight of potato on digital scale) is not much bigger than a golf ball- which would contain about 17 grams of carbs. Hope that makes sense.. Good luck to you! =) |
