Hot Cereal

I have looked all over the board for the answer to my question and I can't find it. So... Is hot cereal a good substitute for Quinoa or Oatmeal time to time? I know there is wheat grain which is tough when trying to lose belly fat. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it?? Or if you think it is bad.... Please let me know. Thanks.

What do you mean by "hot cereal"? Oatmeal and quinoa can be hot cereals. Are you referring to a certain type of grain, or grains? Or something else??

It is a grain. It is made by the same company that I eat the quinoa. It is called hot cereal.

Yes, I'm sure it's fine. But what are the ingredients? What is the sodium content? What type of grain/grains are in there and what is the nutritional profile? Cream of rice, cream of wheat, cream of rye, oatmeal, steel cut oats, are all acceptable. If you have a known allergic reaction to wheat, simply eliminate it from your diet.
