Diet for weight loss with very specific foods

Hi. I'm a little over six foot and about 225lbs. I'm in pretty good shape but need a lot of help with a diet. This is the issue. I have a very particular stomach and that makes it hard to eat some foods. The only vegetables that i can have are most beans (no green beans), brown rice and potatoes. Almost anything other than that will result in me getting sick.

I have been on diets in the past where the vegetable portion was achieved by Low Sodium V-8....but I have no idea if it would work with one of the Bev diets.

So, the question is this....with a limited diet, could anyone suggest a great "cut up" diet (looking to drop about 20-25 lbs) and supplement plan?
