Hello, I am new to bodybuilding (by new I mean that I just got a wonderful personal trainer who suggested Beverly International products).

I started training about 15 weeks ago and now I am starting to make modifications to my diet. I will try to follow the Level One Plan for Females just had a few questions.
1. There is a long list of other supplements to take other than the protein drinks...any suggestions on which supplements to start with? I get nervous starting with so many supplements at once. I want to give my body time to get adjusted.

More info: I am 5'5", 29 years old, wt 135lbs and am about 24% BF.

2. I have been feeling very tired even with watching my diet and training. Any suggestions? I even gave up my passion of long distance running to see if that would help me feel more energized but it did not help. I train with my trainer 2-3 times per week.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Hi there. Welcome to the BI Forum.

The Level One Female plan will be perfect for you.

1. In terms of the best supps to start with, the lists are generally in order of importance, so go down the list and add as you hit plateaus and your budget allows.

2. If you're feeling tired from dieting and training I recommend adding Glutamine Select, UP-Lift and/or 7-Keto Musclean to your program. These are all things that help with energy levels...the Glutamine Select and Up-Lift also help greatly with training performance, endurance and recovery.

Hope this helps. Make sure to check out the Master Frequently Asked Questions list to find valuable information on a variety of important topics.
