If you're talking about putting into the shake...hey! Cinnamon with 1/2 apple (with peel and no seeds).

Fresh rasberry's, to my surprise, have more fiber in them than sugar, and our relatively low in calories. 1/2 cup yields only 30 calories, 7 carbs, 3 sugars, and 4.2 grams of fiber. Not bad and quite tasty in my opinion.

For those who are concerned about fruit consumption, consider eating all the berry varieties; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. I'll throw them in my shake frozen or fresh, although frozen is a better choice if you're making Ultra Size or Muscle Provider ice cream.
The only time I won't consider eating them might be the final week preceding a show, otherwise they are potent anti-oxidants and have a natural thermogenic effect. The insoluble fiber contained in berries reduces the calorie absorption from most foods without sacrificing the nutrient content of the meal itself.
