Any advise on a good pre-contest diet to get started with shows 10 and 15 weeks away? Last year I started on the 'rotation' type diet.. and went to the stricter fat loss w/carb up at about 6 weeks. I'm female.. so any advise from other female competitors on where to start would be appreciated. I have contacted Bev.. and am waiting to talk by phone with a Rep. I want to get some input on what is working for others. Thanks..

I'd say first of all it depends on what your diet looks like currently. At this far out I'd say have at least carbd at breakfast and lunch with plenty of veges. about 6-8 weeks knock out the lunch carb and then at about 4 switch to the carb up plan. Of course it also depends on how much you need to lose. Best of luck
