I work around a very busy schedule and alot of times find myself skipping meals and recently discovered a sushi restaurant and go there for lunch about three times a week but ill eat only about two california rol pieces and sashimi for the rest of my meal is this healthy or is it going to screw with my weightloss?

It's going to depend on what diet schedule you're on. Contest? Either way, it's better to eat a little than to go a long time without eating. If you're not starving and really don't feel like eating, keep a few Ultra 40's and Mass Aminos around. Downing 8 of each is much better than starving yourself.

Yes! It's a great substitute. I like carrying a couple of scoops of US, mix a little water, make a paste and spread it on rice cakes and eat every so often. GREAT quick snack!!

Better than starving....absolutely. But it won't replace a missed meal. If you run into a situation where your meal is delayed, or you start getting catatonic with hunger between meals, try a scoop of Glutamine Select with 5 (or so) Muscle Mass and 2 Energy Reserve. This stops the catabolic response, curbs hunger, improves energy, and contributes zero calories. This combo is a life saver for me when I'm close to competing, seriously hungry, and my jobs interfere with getting meals in on time. But, again, it won't replace an entire meal. |
