Well here's what I did and why. I dropped 15lbs while maintaining my strength using the twice a week carb up for 8 weeks. I decided to switch to the 50/20/30 because I am down to 200lbs. I'm 6'4" and feel that I am just too **** skinny when I get below 200. I'm still a tad soft around the middle so I figured the lose fat gain muscle plan is perfect for my situation. Monday I skipped the carb up meal and started the 50/20/30 plan on Tuesday. Today I felt weak and lathargic in the gym. I'm pretty sure this is due to low blood sugar. I'm tempted to carb up a bit but on the other hand I wonder if I should just tough it out for a couple of days and let my body adjust to the change in diet and see if I can get past this low blood sugary feeling. Any advise would be appreciated.
