I see on a lot of recipes that a sprinkle feta cheese for flavor. I happen to love feta cheese on salads. I always thought that cheese is a no no. Is using feta cheese for flavors on a few meals ok? What makes feta cheese better than others?
The only thing that I could think of is that I heard that dairy products will bloat some individuals and they are to be avoided during precontest. Sorry that's all I could think of. Any cheese experts out there?
all I know is made from goat milk and 1oz has75 cal, 1gr carb, 6gr fat and 4gr protein. I eat fat-free one and it tast realy good (for fat free cheese)
