this WIDELY differs, what is your bodytype, Im ecto/meso. I get better response from 40/40/20 or even at times 30/50/20 if Im trying to add lean tissue, keep protein and carb sources clean with 1 cheat meal a week and you will gain lean. If you are an endo/meso or meso it seems these people can do really well on 50/20/30 or some derivation thereof, 45/25/30, etc.
My offseason will be 250P/400CHO/65-70F and Ill stay at 10% or lower if I watch the cheat meals.....
Play around with it to find what works for you....
Thanks Jtheo, i think i'm more towards endo. Currently i'm trying to lean down and add lean mass. Hopefully by mid year i'll get the result i want and start to gain lean mass by increasing my calories intake. Thanks.
