I have found that for me eating before my early 6AMish workout is not good but how do you modify the meal plans I read in the NNN to reflect proper nutrition while trying to lose BF?

Here is a few things you can do if you can't eat before you lift at 6am.

1)2 scoops of MP, 1tbsp Heavy Cream (but make sure you account for the 40grams of protein in your diet), OR

2)2 scoops Glutamine Select, 5 tabs Density before lifting, 5 tabs during lifting, 5 tabs after lifting, OR

3)10 tabs Density before lifting, 5 tabs During lifting, EAT "Meal 1" IMMEDIATELY AFTER (my personal favorite), OR

4)10 tabs of MASS before lifting, 5 tabs during, 5 tabs after, EAT "meal 1" immediately after (but make sure you account for the protein in the MASS tabs)

Those are my best suggestion... of course the best thing you can do is eat first thing in the morning, but these options are ok if you absolutely cannot do it! good luck!
