Hi All, Just a quick questions hopefully for DeWayde since he knows all.. Any info is great, I am 2 weeks out only and still want to drop at least 3%BF... Current Diet Status: ***7:00am ~ 3-7 Keto ***7:30am ~ 2 Oz. Turkey or Roast Beef 2 Eggs 1-LO 2-Muscularity 1-DHEA 1-Flax Seed Tablet ***10:00am ~ 4 Muscle Synergy ***10:30am ~ MP Shake ***12:30pm ~ 3 7-Keto ***1:00pm ~ 4 Oz. Chicken with cucumbers, lettuce, onions, 2 Tbsp dressing. 1-LO 2-Muscularity ***4:30pm ~ MP Shake ***7:15pm ~ 1-LO and 4 MS before workout!! ***8:30pm ~ 5 Oz. I'd stop the 7-keto and DHEA and get yourself to the doctor. @ 2 weeks out or not, fainting is not to be taken lightly. I wish you well. Lara | |||
