high smoke point smooth, never bitter, high monounsaturated fat content, best thing ever in a sweet potato and or van ump and oats.

gives everything a real butttery nutty taste.

less filling, tastes great....

So Joe......you just drizzle on your potato? Before of after cooking?
Sounds good...I love the different butters. Hazelnut is the best.

after cooking a teaspoon will do fine or whatever your diet calls for if included. i have a drizzle top for my bottle that lets me pour slowly enough to see grams climb on digital scale.

i also used to put hazelnut oil in choc muscle provider shakes last time i did a 50/20/30

i like mac nut because of the high monounsaturated content

coconut oil and macadamia nut oil have been a hot topic as of late- being great fats for bodybuilders. I have never tried either and was wondering if anyone has any good reads on these fats?(articles)

I don't have any great articles but my doctor, who was a power lifter, suggested coconut oil. He said it's especially good for women because it's also good for their hair. Just passing the info.

my lady got it from whole foods it OLIVADO natural foods mac nut oil

i have had coconut oil before you want unrefined medium chain triglycerides that are supposedly past liver to be burned as fuel quicker. kindof the basis for parillos MCT oil. some people it irritates their stomach until you get used to it. coconut oil is high in capric acid which fuels thyroid. pretty sure about that.

Has anyone tried Almond milk for a good fat source. It's not as much fat as almond butter, but only 2carbs per serving.

high in oleic acid i beleive an omega 9 that helps omega three cross in to cells. so that would make perfect addition in my mind to high epa/dha fish oil. my fave is barleans fish oil orange flavored caps.

it gram for gram weighs like fish oil, meaning 1 gram is 1 fat gram and 9 cals. So if you have 3 fish oils you can have 3 grams mac nut oil, etc. But, dont go adding blindly and tell me if you do it.

Thanks

nope im to simplistic I like to pop my three fish oils I know they are 3 grams rather and weighing out oil or pouring it on earlier in day and some falling off in the dish etc. I will in offseason.
