So I have been on one of the bev diets. I'm a female, yadda, yadda.

So I was meeting with a client today, and it ran long, really long. So it ran into where normally I would do a mid-morning shake. So right after our meeting, probably at about 1120am, I took the shake and my mass aminos and ultra 40s.
But then my normal lunch time is about 1130-12. So I waited till about 12:30 to eat and take my supps.

My question is....is this a lot for my body to take in during a short amount of time? Or should I have spaced them out further?

I know how you are. You are probably OCD just like every other bodybuilder/fitness/figure nut, and that is terrific because to whatever degree, we all are!! But what you gotta set your mind to is to get in ALL your meals in a day, but not necessarily at particular times. Think of it as more as "guidlines" than "code" (that quote taken from Captain Barbosa/Pirates of the Carribean).

It is allways a good idea to get a meal in every 2-2.5 hours. That being said, if you run a little long with your client, get something in you belly right after. It WILL mess up your "timing" for your next meal, but that is ok. Just as long as you wait 2 hours or so before your next meal everything will turn out fine. There is no reason at all to "force-feed".

Just my 2 cents. Cheers.
