I am currently using the contest diet that has the carb load meal on Monday and Thursday. The original article is titled, "July - Diet of the Month." I believe that many people are using this diet.
Question: At the end of the article, it states that we should only use the fat mobilization supplements (Lean Out, Energy Reserve, and GH Factor) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only. Does anyone follow this part of the diet? It seems to contradict all of the other diets found on the BI website. It also goes against the directions listed on the bottles. For those following this diet, are you following it precisely, or are you taking the fat mobilization supplements everyday, as indicated everywhere else?
