The one I followed to a "T". Big Grin

For me, I found that a mix-n-match worked best. The M/Th carb-up worked well for fat-loss, then as I got to about 3 wks out, I ate more fish, and a sweet potato at lunch. Salmon every third day.

Now...I am currently using the July diet, zigzaging calories and, get this, using natural peanut butter in large volume. It equals to 2.5 jars per week. It's looking good!

After the holidays, Rita may be working with me. That's if she's still available. Wink

Sorry for not coming back in time to answer the question, but naturally endo.

I am currently preparing to contest diet and effectively dropping some fat with 2850 high calorie day 2100 low cal day weaning off carbs and higher fat using natural peanut butter on the high cal days as well as the low cal.

I have not started my "12 week" diet.

The first four weeks are going to be high fat, lower carbs and protein. It will probably look like 40:20:40. p:c:f

If I'm not dropping I will lower the carbs, add more fat.

Specifics, I'm still working.
