I use a little olivio zero calorie buttery spray on my veggies - I am getting ready for figure competition and I am 7 weeks out. zero fat and cals, and 15mg sodium per 5 sprays. I will stop using it 2-3 weeks out but for now it adds a little varity to my boring diet. Good or bad????

I love that stuff. I am using like 10-15 sprays on my eggs every morning and I use it on many other things. I am not getting ready for a contest or anything though. As for you using 5 sprays on your veggies, that should be perfectly fine especially with only 15 mg of sodium. I would not wory about it at all.

I know many of these sprays start to actually contain fat after 5 sprays....I dont know about this particular one, but I refrain from these sprays during prep, just my opinion. But ive known people to call the companys that produce these and they say after 5 sprays you need to start counting fat grams.....Id use sparingly...

Figure 30,
Are you where you want to be at this point in your contest prep? If so, keep the 5 sprays of butter but don't go overboard because it adds up. If you're behind, you may want to watch this. Just my thoughts. I'm eight weeks out and still use it sparingly..like you said..it adds variety. Good luck! |
