Hey Everyone,
Since adding the Ultra 40, Mass Aminos, and Ultra Size to my diet I have gained quite a bit of weight. I am now up to 182 from roughly 173 while keeping my bodyfat fairly constant at 19. A week ago I received my fatloss diet and have started it today January 1st. I have never done a Beverly Fat Loss diet and have a few questions. First of all, how fast can I expect to loose the fat? Also how much cardio should I do, I am not competiting right now but want to loose a lot of fat fast. A few members have answered this but I forgot the response. Anyone have any recommendations of lifting programs? I was also interested if anyone would be interested in sharing emails to correspond, answer questions, and keep informed? Thanks Mike

You touch on many topics. If you do a search with some of the key words you will find many related threads. Also the Beverly web site has many articles on it that would be related.

As far as how fast will you lose the fat, I would say that most people start to notice a difference in their appearance after about three weeks on a cutting diet. From then on you will see progress each week. If you go too fast, eat too little and/or do too much cardio you will drop more weight faster BUT some of the weight drop will be muscle along with fat. Since you are not aiming for a contest or particular goal date, I'd suggest the slow and steady strategy. That way you are more likely to keep the weight/fat off and retain lean body mass (muscle mass) as you diet. A realistic expectation would be a 1-2 lb a week drop in weight which should mostly come from fat loss.

The folks at BI have done this successfully dozens and dozens of times for other customers/clients so you can trust their advice. Just be faithful to your diet and provide them with regular feedback. They will help you make corrections along the way. Good luck!
