Can Mass Maker substiute for oatmeal

Long time user of Beverly products - first time on the forum

I seeem to have an intolerance to oatmeal, rice, beans, and potatoes. In modest amounts they all cause a distended stomach, boating, gas

Is there a good replacement for the complex carb portion of my diet? An apple seems to work early day.

Would Mass Maker add the needed carbs or is it not suited as a replacement for the basic oatmeal, rice, etc.?

If MM is an adaquate replacement, what amount is required to sub out 1 cup oatmeal dry before cooking?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes, you can substitute Mass Maker for the starchy carbs you listed. Just compare labels and macronutrients to determine how much you'll use at a given meal on your diet.
