I cut up Yams into sticks, spray them with calorie free spray salad dressing. They taste just like carrot sticks. If I require a protein souce then I will add 15-20 Mass Aminos and I'm good.This message has been edited. Last edited by: CR,

I like almonds if I want healthy fats. But my all-time favorite (not necessarily favorite tasting) healthy protein is beef jerky. It is great because it is a lean protein source that is easy to eat and requires no preparation. All you have to do is have a bag of it. Perfect for traveling or at work.
