I'm new with beverly and all there products. I went to arnoald classic, went to there both, talked with a guy named chris and was hooked. He told me to email beverly and they would send me a diet to follow as well as a workout. I have not started my supplemnts yet, waiting to hear back from beverly on the info. So i'm not sure if this is going to beverly employees or a place for berverly users go. my body fat was tested at the show and it was 10.5!!! i want to lean out and get big as well. So if this makes sense to anybody or if you could tell me how to send this info to the right palce, i would appreciate it. Thanks again

What you're gonna want to do first is go to beverly's home page and fill out the fax back diet, there should be instructions on where to send it there, but if not, I think you could send an email to bevnut@aol.com. Good luck. You are in the right place to achive your goals.
