How does this sound? Following strict Bev diet @ 50p/20c/30f %. Starting the carb-up meals. I can't handle sweet potatos or oatmeal late at night. Here is what I came up with:
Gerbers Sweet potatos 2-pack (gulp) Gerbers Banana/Peach/granola 2-pack (yum) Ezekial Bread 2 slices, w/Almond Butter 1 tbsp Totals 15p, 103c, 9f. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks as always. Other than my bass fishing forum, this is the best! |

The carb up meal really is best if using whole foods and not processed. You can use brown rice, real banana, or any other complex carb. Packaged foods...I don't recommend.
Ezekial Bread, I have mixed emotions about it. I don't believe the portions are correct, but containing a large amount of soy. They translated "beans" to mean soy, otherwise, I would agree that this would be a good sub. Buy spelt and oatflour and make your bread in small bread containers.
