Hi,boy it has been along time since I have been on this site! What so you guys suggest for a pre workout meal,if you workout at in the morning. I like to workout on an emply stomach but I know some people can not so should they eat something small like a protein and complex carb? That is usually what I reccommend as a post workout meal, but im confused about a pre workout meal. And this is just for general fitness or weight loss. I thinkk there is so much controversy out there that is hard to really know what to do,so I thought this would be a good place to get some answers. Thank you all so much and have a great day!

If you are gonna workout first thing in the morning, the best thing you can do is get a quick infusion of protein to shift your night-fast into the anabolic spectrum of things. You can do this by having a quick Muscle Provider shake, or a solid meal...

I guess it all depends on how long after you eat you plan on training? Another idea (my personal favorite) is to have a Mass Maker Shake before my workout, although I still have it a good 45 mins before take-off!

If you have time to spare as soon as you wake to the time you lift, you would do well on good old eggs and oatmeal and follow that with a post-workout meal of the same nature.... OR MASS MAKER!!! Can't stress how good that supplement is, even though it tastes funny now??
