Now how on earth did you come up with that one Joe? I'm going to try it fo sure.

We peeps on diets come up with the most unique concoctions. Grosses some people out, is incredibly yummy to us! My mixture of green beans, sweet potato, and turkey breast all in one bowl grosses people out. Especially if my sweet is really soft and breaks down to a orange "slop." They also don't like the looks of the blueberries, oatmeal, and boiled egg whites all in one bowl. Gives it that odd "Gray" color. But its yummy as **** and they don't have to eat it. Right?

Your right AF, but I like to tell them that KFC is making a fortune on the same thing....those bowl things they offer. Mashed pot. layered with chicken, corn, gravy, and then cheese. Same thing, just not healthy and filled with who knows what.....lots of fat.

Joe that does sound yummy - I don't have rice cakes in my diet, but just the thought of sweet pot. and chocolate - yum! I might just drizzle the chocolate walden farms syrup on top of the pot... mmmm.

My favorite "weird concoction" is cottage cheese mixed with Ultra Size and a little water to make it a smooth thick pudding texture - then I top with either blueberries or puffed brown rice... or both! It's SO yummy - unfortunately that got cut out of my contest diet Frown

There's definitely something to the sweets and chocolate. The MP/SweetPot/Bberry concoction I posted is my fav right now.
I've mixed my eggs/oats/berries for years-yes, everyone else thinks it's disgusting. LOL~glad others' appreciate the mixes too.

I used SP with Ultra Size and pumpkin spice. Now that made a great spread. It also made a great pie!

Alright - I have to put in one more, although these should all probably just go in the recipe section! My first meal of EVERY day for the past year has been (and will continue to be since it's SO yummy) is:

Mix my egg whites and oats in a pan, mix in sea salt, stevia, and LOTS of cinnamon, then toss in blueberries and cook on med (until eggs cooked through, flip once like a pancake). Then I top it with Walden Farms SF pancake syrup... it's SOOOO good!

Well it really just depends on your weight/lbm and goals - I switch up the amounts depending on how my diet is set up. For example when I'm lower carb I do about 15g yolk, 185g egg whites, 20g oats, and 40g blueberries. When I'm slighty higher carb (like now) I use 15g yolk, 135g whites, 40g oats, and 50g blueberries. (note - I weigh all of my food out in grams.)

Don't you love the complex answer? Wink

I don't know how this works, because I've tried it. Maybe my i have too many egg whites for it to work?

If you have alot of whites Will, you can always but it in the blender for a minute and make it more batter like. I do that sometimes the night before and put the batter in the fridge to thicken a little.

Shar's suggestion is good. And maybe add more cinnamon to help with consistency AND taste.

I cannot wait to get home to try the sweet, MP, blueberries concoction. Jason gave me my new diet right before I left and there is fruit in it. Yahooo.

will remember you will have much more eggwhites than steph will the whole egg thickens it also when oured into pan spread out the oats then it will be more consistent.
