im for the most part an somewhere between an ecto and a meso i am 5'6 but have a longer leaner look currently weigh 155 with a bf 6%, but i still feel softer than i would like and also have more of a muscle belly as opposed to the more deep cut that i desire...

current diet is 45/40/15 at 2408 calories per day (just over 15 cal per lb)


i've used slight variations of these macros for about a year now with good results thanks to the help from jeremiah and jason t!

Even at these macro's and calories i am still constantly hungry


I would like to go from being defined to a more chisiled look, especially my core and a little on the lower back which seems to be where the little body fat i have likes to hang out

Im trying to decide between cycling carbs or simply lowering protein and uping the carbs... i would like to retain as much muscle mass as possible or even gain more lbm

(the 50/20/30 split... even at 16cal per lb. leaves me feeling tired, hungry, and hollow)
possibly because of my activity level, intense lifting regiment, and a good metabolisim.

My last meal is free of all carbs with the exception to green veggies

i workout first thing in the a.m. and use a combination of uplift, creatine select and glutamine select in addition to taking 5 density before, and 10 muscle mass during while sip'n another scoop of glutamine select and follow up with a combo 6 scoops mass maker and 1 scoop muscle provider, and another scoop creatine select

i also take 3 ultra 40's and 3 mass aminos with each meal

I also take bev zma and melatonin at bed about 30 mins after a scoop of ump

and today just picked up my first bottle of GH factor (also looking for suggestions on how to take)

I will gladly post my diet if needed but for the most part protein(egg,whites,99%lean ground turkey, salmon. mp and ump) carbs(ezekiel bread, oats, brown rice, mass maker) fat(1 whole egg each morning, flax oil, efa gold, 8oz salmon each night) every meal with contains a small amount of fat.

I would greatly appreciate any advice
