So I am getting enough meals in during the day, I use MP and 3 tbs of oats. Should I use more oats or is what I m using ok? I also want to start using UMP, never used before. Would it be fine to use UMP during one meal and MP during another meal? Or should I just stick with MP. And finally, to satisfy my sweet tooth, I use MP and sugar/fat free choc pudding. I use soy milk to mix to consistency. Any opinions on soy milk or should I use water?
