Hey all! First post here. Just seeing if someone could take a quick look at my diet and tell me what adjustments I need to make. Stats at the bottom.

Meal 1:
1 whole egg, 7 egg whites
1/2 cup oats

Meal 2:
40-50g protein shake

Meal 3:
8 oz Chicken and large salad w/ 2 TBS lite italian dressing.

Meal 4:
40-50g protein shake

Meal 5(postworkout)
40-50g protein 50-70g carbs in the form of maltodextrin or waximaize.

Meal 6:
8-10oz steak or chicken w/ 1.5 cups of broccoli or large salad w/ 2tbs lite italian dresssing

Meal 7:
40-50g protein before bed.

I only take in carbs in the morning and after work outs. Been on this for 3 weeks. Do I need to add some carbs to keep my metabolic rate up or is this sufficient?

6'1" 255 (about 17% BF)
