Hi ~ any suggestions on my diet. I have been following the Beverly diet A Plan and training with Summer Montabone IFBB fitness competition and trying to get ready for a show in October. I had surgery 3 weeks ago on my knee. I had a torn lateral meniscus and a bucket handle tear with anchors put in my knee. I am not allowed to do cardio or move my knee more than 90 degrees. I am pretty depressed about the whole thing. Any suggestions on the diet. Should I cut back on a few things? I don't want to gain weight, I am trying to lose it but without cardio I don't know what to do. I am still training my upper body. Thank you all for your Suggestions !

Sorry to hear about your knee. The best thing to do is not be depressed. You'll be heal quickly and before you know it, you're you'll be moving around.

Definitely cut back a little overall. Eat the same foods, just 1 or 2 oz less. You may be able to do low impact jumping rope or the motions of jumping swinging the rope with one hand back and forth left to right, right to left. This was one method boxers would use to start their "timing".

Craig (Cytrainer) had a devastating blow by tearing up both knees. Hopefully, he can provide some his experience to help you.

GET WELL SOON!
