That's a good point....if you state some specific goals here, you will get some solid, knowledgable answers. There are some great natural BB's on this site, it's pretty cool to get to talk with them.

My 2 cents on your question....if you say I have followed this diet and that diet and this workout to a T and in 10 years I have never seen results, it sounds like you may be a yo-yo dieter. I say that because I have been one for my entire life, and it sucks big time. Over the last seven years I have gone through periods of starving myself down to 165 lbs (I'm 6'0), to ballooning up to 210, all in an effort to obtain that ripped look and then get big. Guess what? At 165 I looked flat, OK but nowhere near ripped, and at 210 I looked healthier but chubby.

I started using Beverly stuff about four months ago, and working with a trainer at my gym. He gave me a Beverly-based workout, and I use Ultra 40's, Mass Aminos, MP shakes and I have been cycling Lean Out. Over the last three months, I have finally started to see some real changes. my stomach flab has started to disappear, I am getting stronger in all my lifts and I look bigger than ever. The one truth is, CONSISTENCY over a long period of time.

Many people, myself inclued, try to use a diet for a month or two, follow it for a few weeks, start to slide off, and by the second month are sneaking Taco Bell in every week. Won't work...to really change your body, you've got to be consistent for 5-6 months.

Just wanted to answer as you sound like I was, constantly struggling to change your body but unable to do it. You'll get much better answers, good luck, Beverly is definitely the best place to be to get real results.

You're right MJH, there are a lot of bodybuilders on this discussion board and it's a great place to share ideas and information. Good for you username for joining the forum.

If you’ve spent much time on the website (www.bodybuildingworld.com) you’ve read many stories about people following programs and taking (other) supplements without seeing results. Many went though this cycle for years. Often times people stumble on to Beverly when they’re at their wits end. They are just getting ready to give up when they find us. Does that sound familiar?

It sounds to me like you just haven’t found the right nutrition and supplement program for your specific goals and body. Now, I’m not claiming that Beverly supplements alone will be your miracle, but with the right combination of nutrition, training and targeted supplements for your goals, you can finally start to see results. Check out the links below. This is a great place to start if you are new to Beverly or if you are a veteran looking for help formulating a nutrition and supplement program. If training programs are what you are looking for spend some time at www.bodybuildingworld.com and you’ll find a ton of awesome programs.
