Can anyone give me a program that will allow me to make these gains while not gaining fat? Also what would be a good work out approach to get this done. Thanks | ||

Mike, I've been trying to do this for 5 years, ha Seriously though, depending on your timeline for that goal, it's a very ambitous, maybe unlikely goal. There have been quite a few posts on here simlar to yours. Try and look through the old posts. Lots of good info. The short version of the answer is, get on a solid diet and train hard. you are almost asking for the holy grail of Bodybuilding by having this occur. If you are very new to this world of bodybuilding/lifting, the genetic ceiling is very open to some big changes, but if you have been lifting for a long time and ahve really maxxed out your body in terms strength gains and lean muscle gains, you are asking for an almost impossible task, of eating enough calories to put on muscle, but eating low enough calories to not put on Fat. Small goals 1st, maybe 5 lbs in a 6 months. The dark side of Bodybuilding, using the old AAS(steroids), could be your easy way out, to have these gains occur, but not the healthiest.
